Publication Policy

IJIPL’s Publication Policy is in line with the the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines on good publication practice.

Publication Process

IJIPL will accept submissions in line with a call for papers. All submissions must follow the guidelines set out by IJIPL. Following a preliminary review by the editorial board, submissions will be peer-reviewed as per IJIPL’s peer review policy. Selected submissions will be published in the then current edition of IJIPL, which will first be released digitally. The physical publication will occur in the immediately subsequent convocation conducted by NALSAR University.

Copyright

The contributions accepted for publication and the copyright therein shall remain jointly with the Author(s) and the IJIPL. Any person desiring to use the IJIPL’s material for education purposes, research or private study can do so with prior written permission of the Publisher, by emailing [email protected]

Indemnification

All Author(s) by submitting any contribution towards IJIPL hereby consent to indemnify and hold harmless NALSAR University of Law Hyderabad and IJIPL against all claims, suits and consequences based on any claim of  copyright infringement/ unauthorised use / violation of any right which may arise as a result of their contribution being published in IJIPL.
